What QuickDeals Does

QuickDeals is a free price-search tool that queries the eBay Browse API on your behalf and displays live results. We do not sell products or process payments.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal data to operate the service:

• Search queries — the keywords you type are sent to our server-side API to fetch eBay results. We do not store your search history on our servers.
• Local storage — your recent searches are saved in your browser's localStorage for convenience. This data never leaves your device.
• Standard web logs — Cloudflare (our hosting provider) may log IP addresses, user agents, and request metadata for security and performance purposes per their own privacy policy.

Information We Do Not Collect

• No account creation or login required
• No cookies set by QuickDeals
• No email addresses, phone numbers, or personal information
• No payment or financial information
• No tracking pixels or third-party analytics

Third-Party Services

QuickDeals relies on the following third-party services:

• eBay Browse API — search queries are forwarded to eBay to retrieve product listings. eBay's privacy policy governs their handling of API requests.
• Cloudflare Pages — hosts and serves the site. Cloudflare may collect standard web analytics data per their privacy policy.
• eBay product images — thumbnails are loaded directly from eBay's CDN (i.ebayimg.com).

Data Retention

We do not maintain a database of user data. Search results are ephemeral — fetched on demand and not stored. Browser localStorage data persists until you clear it or use the "clear" function on the site.

Children's Privacy

QuickDeals is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
